Alternately, if you prefer a refund, we will credit your card for the entire order amount, including shipping, upon our receipt of the return. - Items that are damaged due to improper mounting, alteration, rough handling, electrical overloading, immersion in water, and/or having broken bulbs, are not returnable or refundable and void any warranty. Exceeding the recommended number of strings for end-to-end connectivity, or using staples to mount light strings, will damage the light sets and will void any warranty. All warranty returns are inspected to determine the cause of failure.
- National Electrical Codes classify "Christmas lighting" and "decorative lighting", as "temporary lighting". National electrical codes allow "temporary lighting" products to be installed for up to 90 days. Temporary lighting products are not intended for, or designed for permanent or extended installations. Products that are installed permanently, or are installed continuously for 90 days or more are not covered under warranty, as such installations violate national electrical codes.
- Please note that the bulb-hour life span rating refers to the average bulb life span under normal conditions. Environmental factors, such as wind, sun, humidity & severe weather may shorten the life span.
- When colored incandescent bulbs are exposed to direct sunlight, some fading is expected.

If an item becomes unavailable for some reason, we will notify you by email immediately. How soon do we ship your order? If you place an order before 3 pm (Mountain Time), it ships that same day. It makes no difference if you order online or by phone. Where is your order shipped from? All items ship from our own warehouse located in Three Forks, MT. Order & shipping notifications: For orders placed online, we will send you 3 email notices: An "Order Received" notice is sent immediately. An "Order Confirmation" is sent after your order is reviewed and enters the fulfillment process. Finally, after your order is shipped, we email you an "Invoice" (with your tracking numbers), plus an Invoice is attached to box #1 of your shipment. Phone orders receive 2 email notices.The "Order Confirmation" and the "Invoice". Shipping methods: All orders are shipped via UPS only - no exceptions. Besides UPS Ground, we offer UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Shipping charges: UPS shipping charges are based upon actual carton weight(s) determined at the time of shipping. Depending upon how your order weighs out, and/or the number of cartons contained in your shipment, the actual shipping charges may be just slightly more (or less) than the shipping charges indicated on your Order Confirmation. Most of the time, our web site determines this fairly accurately, but if there is a difference, your Invoice will reflect the actual shipping charges and the actual amount charged to your credit card or account. Transit times: By UPS Ground, the west coast is 3-4 business days. The east coast is 5-7 business days. Transit times, including express shipping methods, do not include the day your order ships or holidays. International orders: We will accept international orders. However, we only ship to destinations located in the 50 United States. However, if you are in the military, we will ship anywhere. Please note that orders shipping to military personnel are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. We will notify you of the shipping charges and give you a chance to confirm before we ship. Payment methods: We accept Visa, Master card, Discovery & American Express. We do not offer CODs or Pay pal. If you wish to pay by check, we will wait for the check to clear before we ship.
