A few years ago, we had some very beautiful C9 LED bulbs - but with a 10% failure rate. The customer still liked the bulbs, but we gave him a full refund anyway, plus we let him keep the bulbs. |

Actually, I am happier with the C6 than I would have been with the M5 (I looked at the smaller ones that you sent in second shipment) so that actually worked out better for me but not for you as far as shipping. I am happy overall with the strings and the service and will definitely be buying more from you next year to add to our collection. Thank you for the wonderful service. Jackie |

I know that you said my order is still in being processed. However, it is extremely
important for me to assure that the item is in stock. I realize the web-site said
that if the item was not in stock, it would not appear from the drop down and could not be ordered so I am pretty sure the item is in stock but worried because of placing my order at the last minute. Can someone please check and verify when it will be shipped please. I paid for expedited shipping...
