A number of years ago, when LED bulbs first came out, we had some very beautiful C9 LED bulbs - but with a 10% failure rate. The customer still liked the bulbs, but we gave him a full refund anyway, plus we let him keep the bulbs. |
You got it right. Actually, I am happier with the C6 than I would have been with the M5 (I looked at the smaller ones that you sent in second shipment) so that actually worked out better for me but not for you as far as shipping. I am happy overall with the strings and the service and will definitely be buying more from you next year to add to our collection. Thank you for the wonderful service. Jackie |

I purchased double color-lock bulbs (BC7's & BC9's) from ya'll back in 2012 along with C9 strings and extra wire to connect sections. I've got four light sections that consist of about 250 bulbs total connected to two wall switch controlled plugs under the eaves of the house. The longer sections are ~75 bulbs each and the 2 shorter are ~50 bulbs each. This is probably the 6th or 7th season with the same bulbs. Mark B. |

Not only did you replace the defective bulbs (in a very timely manner I might add), you also included a few spares! Not many retailers would offer replacements, shipped directly to me, not needing the defective merchandise returned, no shipping charges for replacements, and include extra’s. Good morning….just wanted to let you know that the c7 and c7 led frosted replacements bulbs for our old retro set are just beautiful. The green we had concern about was perfect as was all the other colors. You can’t really tell the difference between the old incandescent bulbs and these new led bulbs. Merry Christmas! Laurie |
